5 Q: Why don't you answer my feedback?
A: The short answer is that we currently don't have enough manpower to answer all feedback submissions. However, we do HIGHLY appreciate your feedback, read them on a regular basis and update our system if we feel the same way about your idea. We might also create an FAQ because of your feedback and then we'll surely inform you and thank you. Note that you can see if we have read your feedback.

4 Q: How long will it take to check my paid CorrectionRequest™?
A: Within 24 hours for PRO Requesters. PRO Requesters are users who have topped up their account with credit. Even if their credit has been used up and is 0 at this moment, they will still remain a PRO Requester and they will still have benefits FREE Requesters don't have. If a PRO Requester wants to speed things up, they can make their request urgent and then they will receive it within 4 hours.

3 Q: How long will it take to check my FREE CorrectionRequest™?
A: We aim to correct your FREE CorrectionRequest™ within 48 hours for FREE Requesters. FREE Requesters (FREE Account users) are users who have verified their account and have never topped up their account with credit. PRO Requesters (PRO Account users) who have not submitted their FREE CorrectionRequest™ will still get their FREE CorrectionRequest™. If you want your request within 4 hours, top up your account.

2 Q: If I ask for a recording, will you check my CorrectionRequest™ and record the correction within 24 hours?
A: No. A CorrectionRequest™ from a PRO Requester will take up to 24 hours. If you additionally request a recording, you will receive it within 48 hours. If you want to have it faster, you can make your request urgent and then you will receive both the correction and the recording within 8 hours.

1 Q: What does the 'urgent' tick box mean?
A: When a CorrectionRequest™ has the urgent tick box or checkbox, you will receive your correction within 4 hours. If you have both urgent and recording ticked on your CorrectionRequest™, you will receive your correction and recording within 8 hours.
